- Website building or maintenance 💻 can be included and priced on a case-by-case basis.
- Websites are built using WordPress, with projects starting at £500 + VAT and fees.
- Maintenance costs depend on the level of updates required; annual packages start at £180 + VAT for quarterly updates.
4️⃣ Added Extras
- Canva templates so your team can post ad-hoc updates in the same style.
- Support for special campaigns or fundraising events (extra posts, paid-ad guidance or additional press releases).
- Annual impact summary for trustees or funders.

Our competitive pricing is possible because we use AI tools to support our work—for example, to speed up drafting or image preparation—while every piece of content is reviewed and refined by us.
Your input is essential:

No need to worry about formatting—turning your raw notes into polished copy is part of our service.
We can work with any level of digital skill, so whether you prefer email, messaging apps or cloud folders, we’ll make it easy to keep us supplied with content.

Where possible, we will help you secure discounted or even free licences for essential tools 💡 (for example design or scheduling software) so your organisation benefits from the same technology we use without extra cost.

💳 Payment Terms
- To begin any package or project, monthly upfront payment is required.
- A minimum term of 3 months applies to all ongoing packages, with one month’s notice required thereafter to end or adjust the service.
